About the Festival
Raglan Music Festival is a not for profit community event open to visitors and performers of all ages and musical tastes. Now in its fourth year the Festival continues to grow in size, scope and quality featuring a wide range of musical styles from Rock to Blues, Jazz, Classical, Choral, Children's Workshops and Open Jam sessions.
The Festival's Charter aims to actively encourage the performance of live music in all its forms. To help achieve this Raglan Music Festival has set up the annual Raglan Festival Rhydian Avent bursary to pay for music lessons for three young people from the local community.
In December 2007 the Festival received a prestige award for the "Best overall Marketing Strategy" for an event in Monmouthshire.

The two day festival takes place at multiple venues throughout the village climaxing each evening with star-studded performances in the function room of the Beaufort Hotel. Tickets for these evening events will be on sale from mid march. Most other events over the weekend are free of charge. For latest details click on "schedule" at the top of this page. Please note that due to space limitations in the village we are not be able to accommodate trade stands or stalls as part of the Festival.
The Festival is funded through a combination of ticket sales, sponsorship, grants and donations. Every year these events get more expensive to stage and all donations to help keep performances free or at minimal cost are gratefully received. Please click the button below to make a contribution. Every contribution, however small, makes a significant difference.
Thank you!
