One of the most popular elements to the Festival are the young people's workshops providing an opportunity to have a go on a musical instrument, join in drum workshops, see young bands perform, cheerleaders, face painting and much much more. One of the highlights of this year will be a workshop put on by the Samba Galez drum group. All the music instructors at the workshops are experienced musicians with many years experience behind them. The 2008 Festival workshops are sponsored by CastleOak Foundations
