E.P. are a 4-piece alternative rock band (add a bit of reggae and folk music) who hail from the metropolitan city of Cardiff. The band, formed in late 2004 by two brothers, felt they had two options: physically hurt each other, or make music. Fortunately, they chose the latter, and with two guitarists, a vocalist and a drummer E.P. was formed. One guitarist went AWOL in the first few months of 2005, which led to a reshuffle, and a talented drummer was recruited. The rest of the band sincerely hope their first guitarist has in fact quit, and is not trapped in a basement under a box of old magazines subsisting on Cardiff’s feral rats. All members of the band had been on the verge of individual greatness, leading to the realisation that forming E.P. and making their own music was the only way to go. E.P. are now in the middle of recording their untitled debut album, before touring later in the summer. Music samples ( 3.3MB, 6.7MB)
